What does a typical day look like for you?

My day begins by reviewing my inbox and prioritizing tasks according to our clients' needs. I ensure seamless communication with my team and dedicate time to attending meetings with both internal and external stakeholders. Client requirements can shift, and I'm always ready to adapt my day to meet their needs.

What are some of your proudest accomplishments at Accela over your 5-year career with the business? 

In my time with Accela, I've had the opportunity to work with various team members and clients. I've learned something from each of them, and I feel like I learn something new every day.

What is a common challenge businesses that you work with face today?

The market is still volatile post-COVID, and businesses must stay alert to opportunities and threats and make timely decisions to maximize their goals. Adapting to changing circumstances is critical to maintaining a competitive edge in today's dynamic landscape. 

What is your soundtrack of choice?

Any melodious song - I do not have a particular preference.

What is your favourite dish to cook?

The South Indian rice dumpling, popularly called Idli, is known for its ease and speed in cooking. 🙂

What is one thing you couldn’t live without?

My son (though he is not a thing)! 🙂
